so this is the very first all-digital horse drawing that i actually liked enough to put on here.

i know i had little practice paintings and sketches before this, but nothing to this level. and let me tell you, i tried twice before this one and failed miserably. hence the title.

anyway, i'm hoping to do more detail work on this sometime soon. i want to make a character of her - maybe add a cooler design/markings, and hopefully create a background for her.

this was inspired by the artwork of =boribaby and her tutorial series was extremely helpful! i have also found a lot of interest in the adoptable sub-culture i recently discovered here on dA. my long-time involvement with horse rpgs, i think, makes me particularly vulnerable to this kind of interest.

anyway, let me know what you think...but no critiques, please. i know i need more practice. >.<
