A headshot for Budgie that I did to experiment with what a SoarScale resembling a budgie would actually look like and I'm gonna upload it now because it looks nice
It'll stand for a character reference for her until I do a fullbody for her (If I do one)

Anyway, this is Budgie, who is the current head of the royal doctors and she's very much a King Trill supporter (basically King Trill enthusiast)

There's not much to say about her other than she's very off-putting. She talks a little too loud, says strange things, never really shuts up - and not to mentions she taps her claws against things way too much, as if she can't go a few minutes without making or hearing some kind of noise.

Most of the time - even in her work - she seems to go between nervousness and strange glee, in a way she seems to work even better when there's pressure on her or something's on the line. Like anxiety fuels her or something. It's hard to tell and no one really talks with her much besides King Trill himself.

Might go more into her later. For now you can definitely tell she's totally trustworthy.

Also, in the royal SoarScale palace, any dragon who works or resides there has to wear some kind of colored scaleshell earring that shows from behind their ear (if that makes sense) to indicate their job or position. It's useful to help gaurds catch anyone who isn't supposed to be there or recognize when someone unfamiliar is wearing an earring they shouldn't have.
Red scaleshell means they're a royal doctor, which Budgie has here.
Technically the King or Queen can wear whatever they want since they're going to be recognized anyway, but the traditional King/Queen scaleshell is white or very light mint-green - which King Trill wears.
Deeper pink scaleshells indicate they're a guard.
Yellow-tannish scaleshells indicate a visitor who was allowed in for some time.
etc.

This is only really a thing in the palace. It's actually not something known by the public, since it usually just comes across as just earrings.
