Also I'll probably make a base out of the lineart for this later
also with the spot markings, they can be in slightly different patterns and amount of spots for all DayWings. The one shown here is just the most common.

Also, if we make one, do we have to make the design (Like the spots and other details) The EXACT same or can we change it up a bit? (Like adding more/less spots, birthmarks and ect.)

You don't have to use the same markings at all! The spots here are more or less an example of what an average DayWing might have.

Can the spots on the outer part of the wing be a different colour completely, instead of just a darker shade of the other scales?

A question: How does the naming system of Daywings work? How would it work for the different types of Daywings?

This is a bit of a hard question to answer, since I don't really have a formal set of rules or anything on the DayWing names. Generally words related to light, the sun, daytime, planets or even emotions are names a DayWing could have.
I suppose night or twilight born DayWings could have names based more on darkness or nighttime.
there certainly isn't any laws in the DayWing society about names, pretty much anything goes.

You can draw one or if you really want to, you could trace this for lineart while I still don't have a base out and that would be fine. Just whatever you feel comfortable with ^^

Hmmmm, I want to ask something before drawing one... About the color, can it be a strong color or does it have to be almost white?
And, another question, will there be other Daywing's designs? (because I love Obscure's design xD)

I imagine some DayWings can look darker than others, especially if they hatch out of sunlight. Generally, their colors are always going to be pretty saturated though, if that helps. The only time itβs not very saturated is on DayWings that hatched out of sunlight - or dullwings. If you want a darker character, Iβd probably make them a dullwing, they just wouldnβt be able to be an animus. (And still even on dullwings the darkest color youβre rarely going to get is maybe like a darkish gray)
im planning on making a picture comparing colors of dayborn DayWings to dullwings, which will probably be helpful.
if youβre referring to the light underside part then thatβs always going to be pretty light, if not white.

Yeah, I meant other kinds of designs apart from this one for us to draw (maybe to be more clear, you saw in evoloons how there are different kinds, the melanoids, the rainbow, the blessed ones, like special races we can have, that's what I meant ^^)

I guess technically there could be melanistic or albino DayWings, and Iβm sure you could come up with other mutations like a female DayWing with whiskers or a Daywing with lighter spots. Itβd be a very rare thing βcanonicallyβ but you could make a character like that if you wanted - I donβt think Iβll put any rules on that. Just keep it pretty realistic I guess ^^β

Would it be possible to have a DayWing with unusual colors (like, basically just switching the coloration of the darker spots with the lighter main color) or would that dragon have to be some sort of hybrid/a descendant of a hybrid?

On DayWings, the spot markings are always darker than the rest of the body colors - even for the darker colored DayWings that hatched out of sunlight.
I think the only way for the spots to be lighter than the body is if theyre a hybrid of some kind, or otherwise just a really, really rare mutation.
If you want to make a DayWing with lighter spots I would just say go ahead and make them a hybrid ^^
