Look a DayWing character
and also a slightly better ref for DayWings as well + a bit more info

Character info:
This is Luminary, Lu for short. He's a DayWing animus, born in the DayWing kingdom and distantly related to Queen Daybreak herself. From the start, Lu was very curious about the world around him and wanted to know as much as he could. Showing promise as a smart and skilled animus, he was accepted into training to become part of Queen Daybreak's close confidants... But then, that's all he actually remembers, before he found himself flying over the open sea in the middle of nowhere, with no memories of how, why or when he got there. In fact he can barely remember any details of the kingdom, not even his friends.
Confused but hopeful he'd find a way back, Lu enchanted some seaweed to turn into a compass and point him to the nearest other dragons he could find, believing it would lead him back home.

But it brought him to a completely different island then he remembers, with dragons he's never seen before - Pyrrhia if you didn't assume already. And then a whole bunch of story ensues about Luminary figuring out everything that happened and what to do next. Oh and also making friends or something.

Lu is also probably around 8 to 9 in age.

Some more DayWing info:
DayWings are pretty light overall and because of that, they're wings aren't really as strong as other tribes. they're probably the easiest wings to break or tear. Despite that they have really sharp, long claws on their wings, which can hurt a lot if you get jabbed by them.

Male DayWings also have a pair of 'whiskers', which you can see on Lu here. The whiskers get longer the older the dragon is.

Also just to clarify, a dragon who is 'eclipse-born' and is immune to animus magic because of it, can't also be an animus. Even if that dragon has animus genes in them, it's totally blocked out by being born under an eclipse.
So they might technically have animus powers, but they'd never actually be able to use them.

Anyway, DayWings are probably going to be an open tribe, and I'm interested what other kinds of stories people could make from the idea - either based on the story Lu is in or maybe even original stories? I dunno, could be cool
Ill probably make a group? We'll see I guess
