yeah, I use the Windows XP version of MS Paint to draw since Windows Paint 7 is so nasty to use in comparison, plus including brushes that create anti-aliased textures and colour seems counter-productive if one were to stick to brushes and paint bucket method.

Well, some folks manage fine with just a mouse! It just takes a shorter time and less zooming in with a tablet. (mind you I started using this technique when I was still a mouse user, and it's stuck since.)

Enjoyed reading this tutorial. Your style and way of doing these is quite bold, striking, and fun to look at. I can't even remember the last time I've tried drawing something with MS Paint. This kinda' makes me want to try sometime... if for nothing other than shits and giggles!

99% of everything I draw is traditional, but my scanner sucks so I never upload anything, and I can't do lineart in digital media for my life.

The fact that you use MSPaint makes me happy beyond belief. It really is an underated program. Just because it can't do fancy effects like other programs, doesn't mean it sucks. :<

YES. Hell, the fact that I can use ANY COLOUR I WANNA, EVER, helps, heaps. And that I've found a very easy and quick technique that makes drawing so darn easy XD
