the taller boy is just. the Blacksmith right. he's just some weird powerful guy who lives in a secluded spot in heaven. he can forge powerful weapons that are capable of even taking angelic life with a material called 'Angels Gold' until I can think of a better name for it (which is what Pierre is referring to by asking for a golden bullet)
angels gold is highly illegal because of how dangerous it is to heavenly beings so its lucky that Pierre never had any interest in following the law I guess

he got fired from one of the most powerful jobs you can get in Heaven (the council. the people literally in charge of the entire realm) because he didn't. do his job so naturally he's taking his anger out on the people he doesn't like with illegal weaponry

I hate drawing guns they're so hard to draw and for what reason
I don't even like using guns in my lore really but sometimes they just do a better job than other weapons so eh
