I would chop off a bunch of Jun's back; end the cape at the top of her right shoulder and carry the line down, since she seems too big at the moment... I know the hands are most difficult, but the left hand fingers seem too tiny compared to the right hand one

oh yeah...fingers are too skinny...
I thought about Jun's back...but I thought I needed that space b/c of the angle she was at...but now I can see her shoulder is too big...why don't I see these things before i post them? I guess it comes with experience... *sigh*

true, but I think you're doing great for now (pencils on paper)... maybe later after you try some different approaches, you'll find out your favorite way you want to flesh something out (roughs) before you finalize, and you'll catch everything then 
However! Your quick finalizations now are actually helping you get really good; they'll come back around to reward you, you'll see
