After staring at my avatar for many hours on end, I was finally inclined to draw Reimu.oUo YAY. REAL FANART. WOOHOO.
AND...A NEW OUTLINING STYLE..WHICH TOOK ALL DAY...

Well would you look at that, another enchantress -SHOT- Anyway, apart from that joke, this picture looks marvelous. That, and the title of the artwork, which is what really catches my attention for some reason. But that doesn't make the artwork less significant, though.
A new outlining style, you say? It looks like it works out for you just fine, and it defines the picture well. I don't see anything wrong with the shading or the lines.....what else is there? Of course, no one can miss the opaque and epic-looking background. It looks like a cherry tree, whose leaves are fluttering all over the place. And it looks like the girl Reimu is surrounded by some sort of red mist, and is startled by it. Everything in the picture but the girl looks disorienting and swaying from the eye, which, even if strange, it increases an artist's curiousity and takes him or her into a fantastic mindtrip into the startling world that Reimu appears to be in.
Okay, I'm not really on board with that last sentence but MOVING ON..... Overall, I think that the outlining and the colors dance harmoniously alongside one another, making this the awesome-looking picture that it is. The look in the girl's eyes are especially a nice touch, whereas it would make people think this was a new OC of yours. lol
