Description
English onlyQTTabBar is an Explorer extension which brings (with many other things) a tabbed navigation in Windows Explorer -> Open folders as tabs like your browser!
This theme customize the tab bar to make it look like the Ribbon interface. Works well with Windows 8, and also 8.1
You can associate it with my Metro buttons for the toolbar.
Notes:
Installation instruction are included in the archive, in the files "Install.txt" and "Settings.txt". Please follow the instructions from both files! ~AnndyW made a different version of this skin, with white focused tabs, inspired from my works. You can download his version here . There's no concurrence or stealing between us.See also:

how do u remove the buttons that come with the qttabbar?

If you speak about the little navigation buttons next to the tabs, you can find this in the QTTabBar options: right click the tabs toolbar and choose "Options".
If you speak about the buttons bar, you need to uncheck it from the active toolbars (press Alt to show menus, then in the "Display" menu, select "Toolbars", and click "QTTabBar standard buttons".
