I always thought this was a cool character, but what exactly are his powers again?

Quantum can change his chemical build up to become almost any element (there are a few in the warbound universe he cant become) Unlike metamorpho he can't stretch or become weaponry, also can't shoot projectiles. More so he's like Colossus from X-Men but able to turn into more than just metal.
