IMPORTANT NOTE: The dark brown "horns" on his head are NOT horns! They are WHISKERS. Ozark Dragon is a splice of canine/dragon/otter. They're very sensitive and thick to help him pick up vibrations in both water and air.
Everyone should know this guy, cuz he's my favorite design ever ~
He's just a simple ol' dragon without wings, respect, man! <3
