This guy’s pretty knowledgeable on dragonflies, and with Enter the Dragonfly deciding that a Dragon + Dragonfly symbiotic relationships weren’t just exclusive to Spyro + Sparx, I like to imagine he was the dragon who’d help his peers find their dragonfly match back in his youth, much like Spyro was tasked to do in the intro Enter the Dragonfly.
Also giving a cameo to the unlockable Red Dragonfly from the Japanese version of Spyro 1, as Delbin’s own dragonfly partner~

I LOVED LISTENING TO THIS GUY SPEAK. xD He was probably one of my favorite dragons.
My favorite Dragon from these games were either Nestor, the first dragon from Artisans (I really like his design and voice), or Lateef from the Beast Makers world. I think Lateef is the one who says "Spyro, it's GREAT to see you! But I've got to go..."

Actually, the Best Maker you're thinking of is Cleetus, Lateef's the Dream Weaver who tells you "In this world you must expect the unexpected, and prepare for what is not there..."
