Pretty Awsome, I dont know how you do it. I can see a couple effects, but overal I am stunned. And yes, the color is psycedelic and sweet.

It's quite simply actually, here goes:
take a picture -of a campfire in this case-
use a kaleidoscope filter
duplicate the resulting layer, put a median filter on it, the glowing edges, put this result over the original at 70% opacity in layer mode "screen"
The center blue and outer red are 2 different sets of kaleidoscope renders of the same image, with alterered hue/saturation and a mask with a circular gradient
