Maybe one remark, to make it even better, just quick thinking.
Instead of a clean white background, try using a pattern of old dirty bathroom-tiles.
Could add alot to the atmosphere.

Shouldn't you give credit to the stock, brush and tutorial you used for this?

I did forget to credit the picture of the girl, which is indeed a stock image.
no tutorials or brushes used, only standard photoshop stuff

Yeah, I knew it was lara's stock right away but it also looked like one of the brushes from pretty brush and there is a tutorial on da showing you how to do that exact effect

I actually used her image (the same one) in a previous submission, check my gallery i you're interested, also one of my more recent and darker pieces. She did get notice of this ofcourse.
about the splatters: we create this effect with red spraycans on all our party flyers, a friend of mine (who's a graffiti artist) showed me how to do this.
