Description
Well here is my first time drawing "Terra" from "Teen Titans". This is her in my style.These are the clothes I would put her in. As you can tell she has the powers of earth.
This was tons of fun to do and I hope you like it.
EDIT: I darkened the shades and added a grain filter to it.

Looks like the outfit is partially based on Terra 2's later look prior to her death (many grumbles here) during the "World War 3" event back in 2009...Cool look for a cool character.

Depends on the manga and the artist. There are lots of flat-chested chars in manga. They tend to be more prevalent in manga drawn by female authors, but flat girls are totally a thing. Check out Shana in Shakugan no Shana, for instance!
