I usually like the wise guy-type characters, so I'm sure I'd become a fan if I ever saw him in action one day.

Ah, to dream. I'd love to put "Moebius Niner-Zero" in action, but I'm pretty sure I'd have to get some sort of permission from Sega. (You know I actually sent them a notice that I had an idea for a game, and they replied that they don't accept ideas from consumers?

Well, if I can get away with a Hokey Wolf cartoon (hopefully), then surely you might be able to get away with this. My only advantage is that Hokey's over 50 years old and barely remembered by Warner Bros. themselves, so I might have an easier time -lol-.
(Personally, Sega should accept some idea's from fans... it's not like the stuff they come up with is award-worthy *coughSonic2006cough*)
