Strangely enough, I recognize the human character (though I couldn't recall the name before you listed it). She's from Bust-A-Move 4, right? I own that on the Playstation, though I haven't played it in a long time. I seem to also recall some old man (who has only a one-letter name, if memory serves me correctly), some female/anime mermaid, a dude in giant armor, and... a totem pole? Truth be told, I always played as Develon, because he always struck me as so cool back then.

Yup, you refer to "G", "Marino" (who's a guy, by the way--typical mistake in anime), "Gigant" (original), and "Tam-Tam", respectively. Yes, freaky. Marino's a good character, but I do like playing as Alkanet, the Ice Princess, and by the same token, hate playing against her. She can pull lightning and rainbow bubbles out of thin air, making her like a boss. She's almost as annoying as that "Cleon" chick, as opponents go. What's really unfair is that, in versus mode you face her right after Bobulun. She's the second opponent?? What's up with that??
