Here's another one of those throwaway characters. ( knows what I'm talkin' about...) I know...he looks too cool for that, doesn't he? But, as any of the Sonic Comics crowd can probably tell you, he was a pal of Charmy's, only seen in "Knuckles" #13, where he was quickly killed off.
I hate a waste of a good character, so consider this my way of bringing him back.Mello Bee (C) 1998 Sega

No, I don't know what you're talking about... all the characters I like are well-loved, and EVERYONE remembers them! I swear, everyone! EVERYONE!!!!!! *Begins to cry loudly into my arms*

Of course, I do indeed know what you mean... all too well, unfortunately (Oh, Hokey... and Ace... and Fulver... and Danny... and Panchito... and... err, I'll be here all day if I keep going).
Strangely enough, I have heard of this character before (if it's the same one I'm thinking of), and I do recall how many fans would love to see him make a return. Wasn't there something about someone leaving the company, and they took the character rights with them? Again, maybe I'm thinking of someone else...
(You know, strangely, I'm reminded of Sparkster when I look at this guy... but maybe that's because I just finished the Crazy hard mode of that game, and any character with goggles instantly reminds me of level six... Oh, level six... I'm still having nightmares. 
Anyhoo, great work! And you're right, he does look cool... and the fact that he became a throw-away character doesn't surprise me one bit (the cool ones are always disregarded... *sigh*)

Ah, thanks...part of the reason for my reference to levels of "Sonic Fans". I'm not *that* stringent a follower of the books.
