Fennekin's final form is strong and has (I think) a great design.
Popplio I found adorable and his/her final form is beautiful and powerful.
Overall, I love all these starters.

If there's one thing I can admit it's that these three are great starters in their own right! Some may not like them, but I know there are some that do! I for one like all the starters, including these three. Truthfully, I see these three as feminine Pokémon. Mostly because they appear more of that gender. Either way, I can honestly say that these three are absolutely flawless, despite what others say.

Ash's Chikorita is a girl, I see Popplio as a boy, Fennekin as both, Fennekin I think is a boy in the anime.

All three of them is so underappreciate.
Chikorita gets criticized for being the “worst starter” for many reason that is full of bull, they Judge this Pokemon extremely poorly that it raises so many questions with those fandom, seriously.
Fennekin gets so much crap just because the final stage looks so ugly, why does it need to have good looking design to be good, it doesn’t affect her battle style Arceus dammit, get that stupid bad design complaint out of here.
Then there’s Popplio who gets so much criticism before the game even comes out, that’s just overkill and it’s just plain unfair to judge something that wasn’t even come out yet.
There’s my defense on those three underappreciate starter, they needed to have more love.

Sorry about the rant there, It just ridiculous how people judge a Pokemon.
I just wanted those Pokemon to get more deserved love, there are just pretty of Pokemon that gets way overhated by the fandom.
Also, I have no problem with the Fennekin line designs.

Poor Popplio when it first got revealed everyone depised it but then it showed its true potential and then it got loved so much same with Chikorita and Fennekin
