Ensign Kina Deir and Commander Brooke Massina begin the tactical simulations devised by Admiral T'Var in holodeck one. My OCs by www.deviantart.com/hoodman18 . Admiral T'Var's programs are set in the 23rd century and are made for entertainment purposes mostly but actually tests the participants' abilities in marksmanship, zero gravity combat, anti-ship boarding/defensive capabilities and squad assault scenarios.

Kina and Brooke have an ongoing competition against each other testing their skill in these simulations. They enjoy using the 23rd century weapons and equipment during the scenarios. So far Brooke has been winning in this competition but Kina has been improving and had been pushing the commander harder each time they meet.

The lights go down and the two officers prepare for the worst...
