Nico is pretty confident about himself, there are a really few things about himself that make him shy but most part of the time he acts like he's the coolest boy on earth. So he has no problem talking to girls, which he likes to do, using sweet words and compliments, he's not afraid of flirting.
He also tends to be sarcastic and crack bad jokes all the time, not taking thing seriously constantly and annoying people because he tends to talk too much and doesn't really know when to shut up, he doesn't care tho.
But if you can stand him, he's really social and can have a conversation. Nico also is loyal and honest with people he cares about, because he cares a lot about friends and he shows it trying to protect or help them with all he's got if they need it.
So he likes having friends and having fun with them! You'll never have awkward silence or situations with Nico -but if you get annoyed by him talking then maybe you'd prefer the awkward silence-
