- OH GOD THIS TOOK SO LONG. -May I introduce u to Star Burst's half-sister, Starry Ribbon!
I adopted her from frostykat13 , and I wanted to draw her for soo long.
I already wrote the background stories for Star Burst and Charm Voice; and I didn't figure out a name for Star Burst's half-sister yet, so I decided to give Starry Ribbon the part:3
I adore her design so much, so I almost didn't change anything.
So yea, hope u like her too!:3

Right off the bat, my favorite part about this drawing is the mane and tail. It looks like actual real-life strands of hair that I can stroke my hand through. The way it blows in the wind was also a nice touch. It adds to the magical atmosphere this piece has. In addition, I like how you blended the color surrounding the moon (or is it the sun?). You're not just showing a planet in the sky; you're presenting it in a miraculous fashion by giving it a glow. There are also plenty of interesting features you gave your OC, like the ribbon, the socks, the dragon wings. Like, I actually want to find out more about this character, and this is coming from a guy who doesn't show fascination in other people's OCs that often. The only thing I'm confused by is why is she just in the cloud instead of resting on it? Maybe it's a part of her character, but I don't know, I guess it's just a nitpick. All in all, it's a pretty decent piece, and I advise you to keep up the great work. Oh, and one last thing: So. Many. STARS!!!

And about your question with the cloud: I just imagine clouds being super fluffy so you can't really lay or sit on them, you almost sink into them:3
