as is the new years tradition, i continued a redraw series!
2017:

2016:

and now 2018, this time with a very noticeable difference <3

i approach the new year with a mixture of hope and sadness. im going to not only be making a lot of decisions this year that will impact my life, but also i have to prepare to make them.
it's going to require me to make changes in my life and attitude, changes that ive been trying to make for many years, and now time is starting to run out.
aand that means i need to leave behind that carefree, childhood life, and that above all scares me to death.
but im hopeful! i have so many people who care about me and support me, and these new changes also bring a lot of excitement.
this little change from cat to human is sort of foreshadowing of the changes i need to make outside of art - big, intimidating, but worth it.
