Okay, I've left this in my notifications for too long; this is absolutely brilliant!
I adore the warm colours, it totally guides the mood of the picture and the focus/blur was a really good touch; just like the colours, it adds a really nice tone to the picture.
The expression, too, is really well done and I can visually see just how much effort (and time) you put into this!
The background, while 'simple', complements the scene and heck I just adore this.
Great work on the hands, too - everything is so well structured.
You shaded the whole thing brilliantly and honestly I'm struggling to find something negative to say about this. Seriously, great work. ;v;

Also I'm really excited about this too 'cause I've recently played Undertale and damn did that thing stir each and every possible emotion up 
Heck I love that warm colour and soft shading! This applies to all of your Undertale drawings - they all got such wonderful lighting and those glimmery things in the background here are just dlakjfs? 
Not to mention all the space this creates. I love that feeling of that kinda infinite space behind the character.

I love how small and fragile looking the heart is. It emphasises his vulnerability yet still shines brightly none the less.
