Wow, ok, this was so fun to make X'D
"Like fire you will blaze through the forest.." (from bluestar's prophecy, but whatever pfft.) The drawing pretty much explains it. Firestar, the one who started out as a kittypet, the one who saved the clans from destruction and lead the way to prosperity. The one who started it all..
I redid the background more times than I can count, and even now I'm still not happy with it xD Happy with Firey though <3 I wanted him to look young and innocent, and I think it worked out.. As for the tail, It is hidden by the back legs. It is not gone!

Wow! This is fantastic, better than anything I'll ever draw that's for sure. I do really like this picture, though I do find the "Fire Alone" thing to be pretty common. I think you really did a great job trying to make it look different then most pictures doing the same kinda idea. I also feel that the shading and Firestar's expression is brilliant.
