Morpheus (Greek: Μορφέας, Μορφεύς, "he who forms, shapes, moulds", from the Greek morphe) is the Greek god of dreams and sleep. Morpheus has the ability to take any human's form and appear in dreams, but is described to have wings on his back when in his true form.He is the son of Hypnos, the god (or personification) of sleep. His mother is Pasithea; Nyx (the goddess of night and darkness).
