This is a really lovely picture, very nicely done and I love it ^^ The only crit I would have is the shoulder ... you have put a lot of detail and work into the texture of the rest of the dragon, but the shoulder appears a little ... bare. I hope you don't mind a little crit on a really good piece of work

Maybe.. But details on a forepaw should be more than on a shoulder because it is closer.

I like the style here, the colored lines add a lot of life to it.
It makes the line art more subtle while still being present, and the colors more intense
