sorry, pendragon fan. basically he is a man who is trying to send all of the territory's (alternate universes), into chaos. like start a civil, that will destroy the world by introducing explosions to a mid evil group of people. start a plague on another that will make people turn on each other. then he tries to make the Germans win world war 2
which would destroy all of civilization on earth. in short, he wants to destroy all of reality,then pick up the pieces and become god of everything. yeah, his is the baddest of the bad.

pretty much but they just are more concerned with destroying the real world. having to destroy the worlds they are stuck in is just a side job
