Pinkie Pie makes one almost fatal mistake on the color of the candle she uses on top of the birthday cake as she takes it to give to Green/Dragon Ranger, which brings back to him much horror! 2nd crossover fan art of Pinkie Pie and Green/Dragon Ranger, but this time, Pinkie is in her Equestria Girls human form. Whether you want it to be Tommy the Green Ranger, or Burai the Dragon Ranger, you decide. XDDrawing pen and colored pencils

Having never watched Power Rangers when I was a kid, can someone explain why he's freaking out over the candle?

The Dragon Ranger only has 25 hours to live, that candle shows him how much time he has left. Every time he leaves a special timeless room, it burns down a little more.

Basically, when the Green Ranger first appeared, he was under a mind control spell. During that time, he touched a candle (which was green) that would drain him of the Green Ranger powers. Some time after he broke free of the mind control spell, the villains used it to steal Tommy's Powers, and succeeded. So that's why he's afraid of the Green Candle.

And in Japanese version, the green candle is actually a timer for Dragon Ranger/Burai of how long he has of living until he finally dies, which was of course, so sad. T_T
