Hey Steeve, are there any copy rights on this that prevent non-commerical use? I am making a video game for a college course and would like to use guy for the main character. Its a simple side scroller that will not be sold or published anywhere, just going to use it for the game.

Where will David be showing up?

I was going to use him as a lone ODST who's lost with my spartan (Caeser) and they have to escape the city filled with covenent.

David is with Hazmat, so he would not be there.
What time does this take place?

I know, I'm improvising him as a Hell jumper, because I can't find any sprites of them.
And it's around the time when the orbital tower fell.

More Info: Richerds is a Helljumper, He uses a custom automatic shotgun, often loaded with fleshete rounds (He calls then "Fleshers".) He talks with a slight southern drawl, and also packs a pistol. He follows most orders without question, and tends to be sarcastic when he is confronted about something he does not want to talk about. He keeps to himself, and does not talk very much. He can open up a bit over time, and he likes toast.
That should help if need a lone Helljumper!
