For the sprite? Yes; I hacked some rocket launcher barrels onto a missile pod and made a grip from a shotgun. The stand was built from a regenerator and a Halo 2 machinegun turret mount.
As for the actual weapon it's supposed to be; yes. The thing is a missile pod shell jury-rigged with a rack for spring-loaded custom charges inside. Red could paint a target, and then launch up to seven remotely activated missiles at something. Sort of like in this comic:

They activate on remote to minimize back blast, which means they aren't too accurate; not very good for hitting a two meter exhaust port, but great for leveling a building, or something very big.

Possibly because it's non-standard issue, and cobbled together from scrapped gear. That thing is a huge safety hazard waiting to hurt someone; Exactly Red's style.

Not much, got some stuff from Steam's Winter Sale, so my productivity has been a bit lacking for a bit. Been working on a few things I'll need for later strips I have planned, but haven't gotten to working on the next strip directly.

Red here was easy to edit overall, I mostly had a hard time with making the character shorter without it looking like she's some kind of mutant.
The cannon was just a crazy chop edit idea I had.

It turned out nice. Personally I don't have the best Spriting skills. I'm a Pencil Paper artist. I can't stand pens or a Mouse.

Funny that I'm horrid with pencils, and paint on flat things; I can paint three dimentional objects just fine though. But digital art has been my fortae and I've been at it for about five years now, so it's a case of putting a lot of time into it and learning the ins and outs of it; It's a lot like learning to draw with a pentil, just that I'm useing a mouse and my drawings are really small.

It's there more to keep the rig steady than to mount it up like a machine gun nest.
