Judging by the expression, I estimate it'll only be a few seconds before I find myself diving for a gas mask. 
So you had a friend of yours color this picture in Photoshop? Or did (s)he do other processing? I happen to be fairly skilled (depending on who you ask) in coloring other people's works. Check my favorites list under "Pictures I've Colored" if you want to get an idea of what I've done.
