Description
This picture started out actually as a quick inspiration-gift for featuring his dragon soldier who you see in the back... I had long thought of drawing a picture featuring a guy getting captured so I though why not add Inuyasha's dragon character as well.. allthough I hadn't intended it would be my guerrilla fursona who would be captured.. the picture just turned out that way
and sicne the picture acctally came out quite nice I added 's soldier character in the back^^
I wanted to add the body of a dead guerrilla soldier in the back on the ground, but I just couldn't get him look right so I had to give up on that..
oh and if you two guyes gets cocky that you "captured" me, I might just have to draw a continuation of this picture! god knows what might happen there!

if he Bourne was this picture would show two very unhappy soldiers laying on the ground with your character holding a house-hold object, like a pen or a book.

Wow, I reckon this is one of you better uncoloured drawings so far! The dragon soldier is so confidently drawn. I really like his head and the shoulder armour looks really good! Your character also has a fairly perfect "Aw crap!" expression on his face too which is great!
One thing I reckon could be improved on is the dragon soldier's pants. The top half of him is so rich in detail but you seem to have not continued down his legs. There's plenty of stuff you could add, a camo design, some creases or a seam down the side. My camo's have about 1000 pockets on them which wouldn't be too difficult to draw but would help create detail. Even if you gave him a knife strapped to his shin! (convieniently close your guy's reach
But yeah, the only reason the legs could use more detail is because the torso and head have got so much! Excellent work on this, I really hope you find time to get it finished!

Notice the angle of the gun relative to your character, it's standard for a hostage situation, it's also fairly easy to get out of. ONE of the ways you could get out of it: Push down with your left knee as you shift your weight to the left and forward as you push your right leg up from the foot, simultaneously rotating your body clockwise (consider your axis of rotation for this total movement to be from your left elbow to your right knee, you are basically just whipping your character clockwise around that axis (it would make for a sweet action scene)) and moving your arm into the side of the gun. Next thing you know you are in the middle of standing up (also note your position when you stand up, if the other guy tries to do something you've got a human (or rather anthro) shield), and you can do this move before their finger even squeezes the trigger, even if it is ON the trigger the fact is that the eyes and brain aren't fast enough to recognise your movement and attack if you execute it confidently.
Here's another fun fact: if your captor IS trigger-happy and attempts to shoot in response to your movement then there's at least an 80% chance that he shoots his buddy in the crotch.

Getting captured is never pleasant. You always have the fear of dying in the bottom of your stomach, and you never know if your guardians will kill you or keep you hostage until later. Then again, who knows what cruelty people can be capable of in times of war...
