That's a good question. It might, although the picture actually takes place 10 years from the current time. In the picture, Tails is 21, and Fiona is 26.

Razor almost looks like Tails when he was a baby in that silly episode of Tails and Sonic age-reversed. But that may have been the point of your portrayal of him.
