Wow, this is brilliant, amazing job!
I see it as the subject is lost in a psychotic world in which a part of him is haunting him and harming him, where in reality the harm is caused by himself. Am I along the right lines? :3

pas mal ce photomontage. Les poissons me font penser à Warhol d'Enki Bilal dans 32 Décembre je crois ...

Either a snowstorm or limbo. Hard to gauge.

Wow.. really impressive editing. Excellent imagining of the madness that one can find in his dreams (or at least when thinking of my dreams)...

It certainly completed that task, with ease
I wonder how you did manage to fit things in there in such a perfect fashion. I have tried to make photos like that on my own, but so far it has been a huge spaghetti mess of problems (no remote control for the camera, nor a live, breathing assistant; not to mention that my camera/lens combination is really light-hungry with autofocus, which means that it doesn't work properly most of the time).
I assume you had someone helping you?

No , I do all my photo manip alone , nobody help me ... But there are 3 month that I had buy a Tripod and the lastest Camera ... So it's become more easily to do them now . And I have 5 years of knowledge about PhotoShop ... (and I'm not perfect) but if you want some help, tell me I give you some notice !

That helps a lot then
I only just recently picked up interest in Photoshop (maybe 2 years at max). Also never had access to top-notch equipment either (always been either GIMP, or recently Photoshop Elements 7).
And yeah, a tripod + a good camera are really essential. I saved up summer job money to specifically get a DSLR, since the family compact camera just didn't cut it anymore with no good manual controls/with horrible digital noise XD. Also, I have access to two tripods (I bought a small macro-tripod myself, and a full-sized one was bought by parents for the family).
-------------------------
I'd be grateful if you'd shed light on how you align things; I've never managed to match something as precisely in a photo as you had done with that knife there (either it overlaps, or is too far away; never had a perfect hit).
