I'm trying to learn how to properly draw Sniper.I'm doing a very bad job of it.

You're not too far off, considering the fact that Sniper is a relatively thin man. Still, I think his arms were drawn a little too skinny.

Arms a little too thin and girly looking, hands too small, head slightly too big. Maybe consult a reference as you draw him?
