That means no processed foods, no sugar cereal, and forget about fast food. He cheated occasionally when his skating buddies would suggest grabbing a slice of pizza or someone would snatch a 6 pack, but once college started, he sort of lost his head a little bit...

No more kombucha and home cooking, no more control of any kind, actually. His tongue gave into every little impulse. He could hardly keep up with the cravings, they raced faster than he could eat. Burgers- no, ice cream!- no- cheese, cheeeeeeeseee....he practically had hearts in his eyes. He couldn't see past the bliss to notice the warm layer of flubber padding his formerly tight waist...
