That's exactly it! It was so POWERFUL!! Patrick Ness is an amazing writer, like his characters are so dynamic and real and the whole premise was brilliant--it was so unique and yet still relatable, right?--and I love how the ending wasn't just an all-out war but actually peace, which must've been such a challenge to realistically write. mad props for that guy, seriously.

Todd is honestly and without a doubt one of the best characters ever
