Just an idea I’m working on for Jenny Musclegirl hero issue three, (I’ve had a couple of these models done for a while and finally decided to use them for something) these would be the bad guys, The Arackness… They evolved from spiders, shown here is The Arackness Queen, male and female drones, a spider carrier, and an armored battle spider, Jenny Naomi and the gang will be going up against these guys, if I can workout the details of the story that I have in my head…Also for anybody that cares the next chapter of Jenny issue Two will be posted soon…

Excellent concept and workup
Only one suggestion: The surface of the spider-carrier is smooth and metallic. It contrasts with the look of the humanoid characters, which is more exo-skeletony (Yes, it's a word! It's just not in the dictionary yet!) Should be relatively easy to standardize the surfaces with a bump map for the carrier or smoothing the bump maps for the humanoids.

Thanks, this is basically just concept art for possible villains for issue three, I might refine them a little more before I use them or I might not you never know, depends on my mood I guess… and we need to write a petition to get Exo-Skeletony in the dictionary, I like that word, I’m going to use that word

wow i remember the spider carrier frame from from your scraps i loved it.
any way love the rest exept the queen i don't know just the others look more alien than her she just looks like she has more human maybe that's just because you wanted to make her seem as though she is purer than the others in that she has retained more of her Arackness biology

Thanks, Yeah the Queen is more humanoid than the rest, maybe think of them like the borg from Star Trek, not sure what they’re all about yet need to think some more about them…
