The models were all done by one guy, who's so far done only the most popular characters (that being the Mane 6, princesses, and fan favorites Derpy, Trixie, Lyra & Bon-Bon). There's people presumably working on editing the models or using them as a base to create more characters, but so far, nothing's turned up for Source as of yet.
