Well, maybe not.. any child who could grasp this man's condition and understand what he is doing there would probably care more than the people who pass him.

It think greed has a lot to do with it.

If I know i dont have any money to spare, I often look away in shame that I cannot help, but if I have money, and can afford at that moment to spare it, I will.
