I've been waiting forever for a new piece from you! 
Do you think you could give me a few quick pointers on smudging, maybe? Like a sentence or two. When I smudge it usually come out a little blurry, and then I look at someone's smudge settings and they're the same as mine.

Hmm, well, this is a combination of smudging and painting. For things to come out a bit blurry isn't TOO unusual..make sure you're working on a large canvas, experiment with various strengths and brushes
