AFTER 6 YEARS GARRET FINALLY WEARS SOME CLOTHES!!!
joke xD I was just too lazy to draw clothes back then xD
In my previous post I wrote that I found an old redraw to redraw... so here it is =w=
It's not rly a big difference from 2016 to 2018 but my current style rly fits Garret tbh~ 
Garret is a big, muscular and grumpy viking so it's kinda ok now... And he looks way older now <__<

Congratulations on improving so much! Also, his skin looks so orange in the first one, and I seem to recall I used to color skin like that too...could it be a beginner artists' sickness!?

I saw this skin colour problem a lot as well! I don't really know why rookies do this <_<

Maybe it because we tend to see skin as that light salmon/peach color, which I guess is fine if it's just a flat color, but then we try to learn to shade and use orange because that is a similar tone but darker?? I remember it really helped me when I read that skin actually has bluish/purplish undertones because of the veins beneath and stuff. This is a very interesting question, though.
