One of my newest horses that I adopted from ShadowAura-I .

Full Name: Aegis

Name Meaning: Greek for shield

Gender: Stallion

Color: medium grey and white coat with a dark light mane and tail, and lavender eyes

Personality: Aegis has seen a lot. Being a protector for his old herd, he sustained a fair amount of injuries over the years, but none more so than in a run in with a cougar. After the run in, he was kind of cast aside as he had lost the sight in his left eye and part of one of his legs. It was thought that he could not protect, so he was relegated to mundane duties. He didn't like this, so he decided to abandon his old herd and strike out on his own, determined to prove that he was still of worth. Aegis is headstrong and strong willed. He's very loyal and will stick up for others that he befriends. He's a friendly boy, but keeps up his guard until he really gets to know others. Due to his injuries, he's not as graceful as he once was, but thanks to a charm he got from a hippocampus he befriended, he is able to steady himself better and at least see shapes out of his bad eye. He is a mortal horse and does not believe in magic. He attributes his healing to him pushing the weakness out of him.
