THE OFFICIAL TARSU KIRIN BREED SHEET! 
Woohoo, finally got my butt in gear and made it! I think I remembered everything so things should be pretty clear. This breed is FREE TO CREATE so go for it! However, there are a few extra things I'd like to mention before I let y'all go willy-nilly all over the place.
A FEW EXTRA GUIDELINES:
1. All Tarsu kirins MUST be registered! To register your character, merely submit your artwork to the breed registry . It is also recommended to put the breed registry in your Tarsu's reference but not required.
2. Rare colors are meant to be rare! This means that any of you wishing to create a Tarsu kirin with paint genes or the Tiger Complex MUST PM ME PRIOR TO CREATION.
3. Crossbreeds are, for now, allowed and are preferred to be registered with the breed registry . Please keep in mind that crossbreeds WILL NEVER have the Tiger Complex nor will they ever be carriers. Tarsi must be 100% to have that gene. Also, crossbreeds will not exhibit all of the traits of the Tarsu kirins.
4. A link to the breed sheet MUST BE INCLUDED in the horse's reference.
5. Tarsi are NOT magical. They have no powers.
6. Show me your work when you've completed your kirin so that I may approve it!

Hey Strideroo, is this breed still available? I was thinking about integrating one into the Adhacrann story, but I wanted to see what's up with them before I did ^_^

Yay! Did you need me to do a reference now to create one or would you rather I wait to make one until I get to that point in my Adhacrann story? Also, the group is gone now, but do you have any details still about their coloring and markings? When I do get around to creating one, what things am I allowed to do and not do for their coats and such? Sorry, so many questions But I don't want to screw anything up with your breed in case you do start the group up again so that it stays in regulation with the breed standards

BECAUSE I like stripes so much, would "zebra" be classified as a naturally occurring marking? Or would I have to try to achieve a tiger?

Hmmm... Zebra would probably only crop up if the horse were a crossbreed.
But since you are one of the first, I wouldn't mind arranging a tiger with ya. ;D

I think it's awesome that you've made your own breed!!! I'd love to be involved, if at all possible. <33 I unfortunately can't do points though, so I can't get one of the lovely Strider-designed ones, but you can be sure I'll design my own soon! ^_^

There genes are actually exactly like real horses, except adding the scale/tiger genes.
