Made another Danny Phantom OC as part of my DPxMCU series. Meet Joseph Knight. He is a CIA analyst from Advanced Weapons Analysis who has been tracking the movements of the Guys in White super submarine Phonoi. He will play a key role in helping Team Phantom in stopping Matias Hamilton's ten million relief plan.*He is heavily inspired by the Ace Combat character David North*.
