Imagine having an eye on your collarbone, always watching it's host or random people nearby. It'd be both awkward and intimidating to others, but darn useful if someone didn't know and though blindfolding the head-eyes was efficient xD
Nice work on the darkish and shiny tones on her hair~ The dark eyeliner also accents her irises quite well.
