Species: Black Mouth Cur / German Shepherd Mix

Abilities: Able to shift between feral and mobian form, problem solving capabilities, high speed tackle, powerful bite and claws, enhanced senses

Personality:
Korbin is a very energetic and playful girl. However she can be rough. She his very overconfident in herself and always believes that any obstacle can be easily overcome. When something does go wrong, she does start to have panic attacks. Despite all this, she is very defensive and loving toward her friends and family. She is also very sassy and loves to have attention, willing to do almost anything to get people to see what she does.

Bio:

Korbin was born in rough conditions. Before she was born, Korbin's mother was abandoned by her owners days before Korbin and her siblings were born. Luckily for the young pup, a local animal shelter found them and took them in. Two months after Korbin's birth, she was adopted by Shard the Porcupine. At the time, Shard was suffering from depression after the loss of his brother Stryke.

At first, Shard did not seem too interested in Korbin despite his attempts to do things with her. As time went on, he began to see that she showed signs of curiosity and great intelligence, mostly from her attempts to escape and have him chase her. Seeing this, Shard was impressed and began to train the puppy. Through this, the two would bond very well and would become inseparable. Korbin would learn more when she followed Shard on his soul searching quest to Nina's homeland in the valley.

Following this, Shard and Korbin would be captured by Alvah's minions and taken to him. However, before they could make it to Alvah, Shard found his ice powers and he and Korbin escaped. However their escape meant plummeting into the ocean. During the escape, Shard's ice powers activated and froze them both in a block of ice somewhere below the surface. Korbin and Shard would remain adrift for a few days before they finally thawed out on the beach of a mysterious island.

Meeting Stryke

After regaining themselves following the freeze, Korbin and Shard venture into the island's jungle interior. There they are both attacked by carnivorous raptors, but are saved by Tecton and his squadron. However, Korbin is taken captive by the raptors. Somehow, the young pup manages to find her way out and escapes on her first time away from Shard. Using her senses, Korbin eventually makes her way to the Cretacean Village and finds Shard and is introduced to Tecton and Stryke, who immediately bonds with Korbin. During the invasion of the village by Alvah's minions, Korbin would stay out of sight so that she wouldn't be hurt. Several days later, Korbin would leave with Stryke, Shard, and Tecton to head to the mainland to hunt down Alvah and his troops.

New Life

When the four reach the mainland, they are taken off guard by some of Alvah's goons. Once again, the pup is kidnapped and taken back to their base. The fiends plan to use her as an experiment to test a new enhancement drug. The plan goes awry when the boys show up and destroy the lab. To make matters worse, they destroy everything while Korbin is being experimented on. When the smoke clears, they believe Korbin to be dead and Shard mourns her loss. As the trio leaves and head back into the forest surround the old compound, they begin to hear something following them but are unable to find out what it is. This would continue for the next few days until Stryke discovers a Mobian girl eating their supplies. The boys assume she is an orphan lost in the woods and try to talk to her. To their surprise, she speaks to them in a civilized voice and shows signs of great intelligence. They are then shocked when she calls them by their names for the first time and reveals that Korbin didn't die, but that the dog and the girl are one and the same!

Korbin explains to the guys about the enhancements and how she managed to escape during the struggle. She went into hiding waiting for them to come after her. As she was hiding, she began to feel sharp pains and she was then transformed into her new form. She then expresses how she felt that she was a completely different person, able to see the world in a whole new perspective.

Now enhanced with a combination of feral and Mobian abilities, Korbin will help her friends save the world and uncover more about herself and what her purpose in life is.
