So, what exactly are the claims tumblrites are making to think Twenty One Pilots are Ablest? Well, its;
The fact their music is referred to as Schizophrenic Pop
They're are playing off psychosis as an aesthetic
They are said words like crazy, insane, psychopath, freak show, heathens
The line "Sometimes quiet is violent" hurts death/mute people
Yeah, lets debunk this shit.

"The fact their music is referred to as Schizophrenic Pop"
Neither Josh or Tyler asked and said that their music is called Schizophrenic Pop. Then who came up with it? Their fans, especially their younger fans. Do they know that people call their music this? Yeah they do, how do they react? "That's cool." They don't go screaming telling people to stop, seeing as they know most of their fans are young teens (and girls) and reacting in a extremely negative way could really hurt a fan. AND THE FACT YOU CAN'T BLAME THE BAND FOR SOMETHING THEIR FANS MADE UP JESUS CHRIST.

I can somewhat see where people may be coming from, but they tend to miss the most important facts about a lot of their songs. The fact that Tyler Joseph, aka the guy that sings and writes them, has had depression and has had mental health issues before. He doesn't write songs like "Goner" or "Car Radio" or hell, a lot of their songs, from no place what-so-ever and thinks its cool. Music is the way he deals with depression and mental health issues. So, if anything, its pretty ableist to assume all his songs are about aesthetic rather than his actual heart and experience with mental health issues.

Saying the word crazy or insane doesn't make someone fucking ableist. And usually if he does say them in a song he's talking about himself or his brain. What about heathens, psychopath and freak show? ITS LITERALLY FROM THE SONG HEATHENS WHICH WAS MADE FOR SUICIDE SQUAD WHICH MEANS, GUESS WHAT, ITS ABOUT SUICIDE SQUAD.

No........it doesn't. The line means when there is nothing to distract yourself from your thoughts, your thoughts get more and more violent. And as someone who suffers with Anxiety and Depression, I can say first hand that if I don't distract myself from my own thoughts, I think about them and they grow and grow. Its not about being mute or being deaf.

What next? People are going to think Top is racist- Oh wait people do and all their points are bullshit. Anyway, if you still think top are ableist after this then, ya know..............Can you please leave?
