Based on Hlissner's fanfic universe....BIO
Flaps is one of Noric's childhood friends in Canterlot. He has quite a talent in acting in speech. Heck, he is so good at it that he was able to convince a group of people that there a lot of actors in a certain play, but it was just him( though this might be an exaggeration....).
After staying in Manehattan for quite a while, he became bored and ended up joining Noric's crew out of pressure....
Just hope he doesn't succumb to a coma from all the dirt and filth that will come by....

Flaps is also the best negotiator they have on the crew. He also does street performing to help the crew on their budget for most of the time.
He can also haggle, steal, convince, and persuade people due to his talents...
And expect him to break into a song every now and then...

Wow, this is really starting to sound a lot like an enormous fantasy adventure. Reminds me a lot Final Fantasy come to think of it. I don't know when you're going to release more art but I'm really curious to see how it all goes down.
